The client

Multi-branch coffee retail needed a single source of truth

Toffin.id operates in coffee equipment and retail, with e-commerce and regional branches that need to stay aligned. Each region originally ran on a standalone Odoo instance, so visibility and control were spread across many systems.

As the network grew, disconnected instances made stock, orders, and operations hard to manage as one business. Toffin.id needed an architecture that respected regional operations while unifying data and control on a single master.

NURATEK brought more than 10 years of hands-on Odoo implementation and customization experience to design a multi-tier architecture: keep the regional instances that already ran the business, then integrate them into a master instance at shop.toffin.id for real-time centralized management.
