SherlockTools is a tools and hardware retailer operating omnichannel: physical stores plus sales on digital marketplaces. SKUs are dense, goods move fast, and orders arrive from the cashier and from online channels at the same time.
Without a single inventory source of truth, in-store stock and marketplace stock drift apart: oversells, stock variances, and manual reconciliation that cannot keep up with 500+ orders per store per day. With the retail core already running, Phase 2 connected digital marketplaces through API integration so online orders and in-store sales share the same stock, including at 500+ orders per store per day, with no stock variances.
