The client

Multi-branch Arab grocery retail needed one store system

Nurmart is an Arab grocery retail network in Malaysia, with presence in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Johor. Every branch runs checkout, procurement, stock, sales, and bookkeeping that have to stay aligned.

Spreadsheets and disconnected store tools were not enough for a retail network: stock has to be accurate at the till, purchasing has to follow inventory movement, and accounting has to consolidate across branches. Shop-floor equipment — barcode scanners, mobile scanners, printers, customer displays, and scales — also needed to sit on the same flows, not outside the ERP.

NURATEK brought more than 10 years of hands-on Odoo implementation and customization experience to design a practical, phased roadmap: get Point of Sale, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, and Accounting live across branches first, then connect IoT devices and consolidated accounting reports.
