The client

Engineering excellence needed an ERP that keeps pace

Casakha is an independent subsea and offshore engineering consultancy. Their teams deliver FEED and DED, transportation & installation engineering, and project management for pipeline, structural, and offshore installation work—often across fast-moving, multi-stakeholder projects.

As the business grew, Casakha needed a single system of record for commercial, purchasing, accounting, project tracking, timesheets, HR, and expenses. Spreadsheets and disconnected tools were no longer enough for accurate reporting, clean audit trails, or day-to-day operational clarity.

NURATEK brought more than 10 years of hands-on Odoo implementation and customization experience to design a practical, phased roadmap: get core operations live on standard Odoo first, then invest in deeper Projects, Timesheet, and HR customizations—plus mobile attendance—once the foundation was stable.
